These terms cover the Meetopoly mobile game and this website. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Meetopoly is a live, worldwide social property game. You create an account, choose a World (a board of cities), and play at a table of 2 to 6 people. You can join a public table or a private one with an invite code. Play uses an in-game currency called MeetCoin. MeetCoin has no cash value, cannot be bought or sold for money, and cannot be exchanged outside the game.

You need an email address, a password, a username, and a country to play. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. You must be at least 6 years old to create an account.

Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt a table, share invite codes in order to crash a game, or misuse voice or video. Do not upload anything unlawful. We may remove content, end a session, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your username and optional profile photo are visible to other players in lobbies, on the board, and in city hubs. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us permission to store it and show it inside the game for as long as your account uses it. Hub text chat is live between people in that hub and is not saved as a history.

Voice and camera on a game table are optional and live. We do not record those streams. City hubs do not use a hub microphone or hub camera. You can turn your microphone and camera off.

Style packs and perks are optional digital items for your account. They are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Virtual items and MeetCoin are licensed to you for use inside Meetopoly. They are not your property to sell, transfer for money, or cash out.

You may stop playing and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service. MeetCoin and virtual items are not refunded in cash when an account ends.

Meetopoly is a social property game. It is not Monopoly, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro. Board layout ideas are common to property games. We do not use Hasbro artwork.

The game is provided as available. Live play can fail when a connection, a store, or a device fails. To the extent the law allows, meetopoly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of MeetCoin, virtual items, or play time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
